Hydrangeas Mixed-Media Workshop

An acrylic and collage workshop painting hydrangeas on vintage-like papers/surfaces. Participants are invited to step into a moment of the past ( a memory, a feeling, an inspired moment, or a place) Collecting vintage or old papers that will bring them to that space and using it to collage onto the surface. (Welcome to bring items from home) We will create backgrounds that feel like old letters, journals, or pressed memories and finishing it with hydrangeas.
Supplies provided. All skill levels welcome. (Ages 18+)

Paint + Praise - Bloom in Faith Online Workshop

I am inviting you to the first workshop in my new seasonal online series: 🌸 Paint + Praise: Faith in Bloom 🌸 It is a seasonal flower painting & devotional experience that will occur every season or quarterly.
We will gather on Zoom to paint, reflect, and grow in faith together. Our first class will feature a beautiful Carnation and the devotional theme: Created with Purpose. As we paint step-by-step, we'll explore how God lovingly unfolds His plans for our lives, just as a flower unfolds its petals one layer at a time. Through acrylic painting, Scripture, and creative reflection, you'll be encouraged to embrace the unique purpose God has designed for you.

Discover the joy of creative expression through mixed-media art journaling in this beginner-friendly workshop with Kellyn Trapp. Using layered papers, paint, textures, stencils, words, and found materials, you’ll create meaningful journal pages inspired by personal reflection, creativity, and imagination. No experience needed — just a willingness to explore, play, and create in a relaxed and encouraging environment.

Bible Art Journaling

This is a creative and prayerful practice that combines Scripture with visual art. In this class, participants reflect on a Bible verse or passage and respond through simple art techniques such as drawing, painting, doodling, coloring and hand lettering. No art experience is needed—just an open heart, a Bible, and a willingness to slow down, listen, and creatively engage with God’s Word.
You are welcome to bring your own supplies. Supplies will be provided to share.

Participants will paint three expressive flowers on an 8" x 10" surface, designed to be easily framed and gifted for Mother’s Day. The class will focus on simple composition, color layering, and loose floral techniques so that painters of all skill levels can leave with a beautiful finished piece.
